By creating open spaces by pilotis, we created a pedestrian park and planned the site so that the pedestrian way and car roads would coexist. In order to lessen the closed feeling of a dense, high rise apartment site, we created open space axis, and the apartments were arranged to face southward to allow greater view.

We designed the skyline in a wave-like shape by arranging different stories of apartment buildings. We planned the open space and outer area of the housing site to be memorable and environmentally friendly area.
