The new head office of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) boasts the largest scale among public corporations moving to local regions. The architectural plan includes values such as sustainability, openness, formativeness and practicality under the architectural concept ‘Millennium Tree.’ It will be one of the top luxury buildings in the country with its high quality, long life and energy saving factors, and at the same time it will stand at the heart of the local community.

The new building will be located in Gyeongnam Jinju innovation city.
