The exhibition room can have numerous compositions and associations to be adapted to several size and type of exhibition and convention, and by proposing the exhibition room whose international exhibition of 20,000㎡ with new construction of 9,000㎡ and expansion of 11,000㎡ is possible, we made it become Cheonan-Asan KTX station district and center of R&D integration district and the basis for future industrial development and urban growth.
5 exhibition rooms at the first stair were planned in unit of 9m based on each 3m booth module, and one exhibition room unit was planned in a proportional space of 1:1.5, including 45m x 63m to be efficiently divided. For the exhibition room, we divided it into viewing space, drive-in and roll-off, etc. for the exhibition, including the AI function of future autonomous driving.
All the module of each exhibition room is divided and planned in convention exit, concourse, exhibition room, roll-off space, and is individually available with modular isolation, and we proposed the modularized convention prototype configured as the whole exhibition room combined in parallel.
The main hypnagogue is composed of vertical louver made of 30% opening rate punching aluminum plate to the cotton wall skin as a double skin. This vertical louver does not only adjust effectively the West's unofficial history but also interrupts and reflects the light, and produces the atmosphere of internal concourse space.
In case of the rooftop, the serrated shape of roof was planned with the combination of considering the angle and equipment inlet and outlet considering the installation of BIPV, and by constructing the component such as BIPV.
The serrated shape will be combined again with hypnagogue, and become the main design of convention center.
