There were three strategies that were employed in order to make sure that the Janganpyeong Second-hand Car Centre had a fresh start. The three strategies are Grand Plaza, Auto Plaza and Complex Plaza.

The centre made sure that by enabling the urban and nature flows to enter into it the circulatory paths were naturally established and by proposing rational system zoning, store management tactics and guiding systems the users’ access could be heightened.
The Janganpyeong Second-hand Car Centre will become a new 24/7 complex landmark that is composed of diverse community facilities and outdoor spaces that achieve harmony with the many streets such as the living street, selling street, seeing street, enjoyment street, eateries street and resting street.
